With a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management from the University of Missouri at St. Louis, J. Michael (Mike) Elfrank retired after 28 years with Anheuser-Busch Packaging Group. Mike went on to complete his Master’s degree in General Psychology, obtained two Life Coaching certifications, and graduated from a Neuro-Linguistic Programming course with a certification as an Emotional Wisdom Specialist. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Missouri at St. Louis.
Mike is the host of FOCUS Seminars in St. Louis, an experiential workshop that supports positive self-growth; he has also spoken on several radio programs in the St. Louis area and internet radio shows, and enjoys speaking to groups. Mike played a key role in the startup of the Anheuser-Busch Metal Container can manufacturing facility in Arnold, Missouri in June of 1979 and the Anheuser-Busch Eagle Packaging plastics manufacturing facility in Bridgeton, Missouri in 2000.
A good communicator with skills in management, training development and instruction, he is a hard-working, logical thinking diagnostician with a positive mental attitude, who learns quickly and will follow through on commitments.
Mike is a husband, father of five, and grandfather of 18 grandchildren.
